It's Bond, also known as James Bond.
I ripped the textures from the Goldeneye 007 N64 game and resized them as you would.
The head textures on this one were a bit hard to fix up.
Shake and stir things!

I tried to make the face more clear, but was unable to given the original size of the face texture. Still, it's much more clear than the originally uploaded skin.
