Closest I have gone to making a skin of Bill is Bipper, so yeah
I'm going to tell you anyways.
Custom sound mod, (I think it's already made, but not sure) it replaces all the sounds with something else.
Like if I pick this skin and get a sound from dipper getting hurt or something, it will play his voice/sound of him getting hurt when you fall/hurt yourself. Plus replacing the chest sound with the Legend of Zelda chest opening is perfect...! XD
Now who's going to put this idea on minecraft forums for me? No one? Ok. XD
