As I've said in the past, there's not a good way to do a Bill CIpher skin as he's not humanoid. And I refuse to make a skin of that weird "humanized" version as I stick to the canon.

Closest I have gone to making a skin of Bill is Bipper, so yeah

I just got an idea...! But it's for a mod... :(    XD 
I'm going to tell you anyways. 
Custom sound mod, (I think it's already made, but not sure) it replaces all the sounds with something else.
Like if I pick this skin and get a sound from dipper getting hurt or something, it will play his voice/sound of him getting hurt when you fall/hurt yourself. Plus replacing the chest sound with the Legend of Zelda chest opening is perfect...! XD

Now who's going to put this idea on minecraft forums for me? No one? Ok. XD

Not exactly what you're asking for but I may or may not be making a Gravity Falls mod soon....
