Grell Sutcliff~Kuroshitsuji/Black butler

Grell is one of the many characters in kuroshitsuji, and probably my favorite, always causing some sort of problem. not really a villain, Grell is what the show calls a Grim Reaper, a being whose job is to reap and collect souls from the dying/dead. despite this serious and important job Grell tends to break many of the rules that are in place and usually gives poor Will more overtime.
