This looks cute! I probably would have worked a little on shading, especially with the face as it contrasts a little too much with the lineless shading of the entire body, but I love the way you imagined the pipe, the wheels are really interestingly done too! I would probably have made the teeth and eyes shaded with a light blue to work with the emerald green of Grounder's body to make the black lines not as intensive.

Expect Scratch and Coconuts, I already have paletted basis skins that I'm gonna improve like I did with this one.
