I tried to match this as well as I could to the original sprites, as well as giving it enough detail to stand out as a skin.

This skin has two versions; the normal color, and the Shiny color.

༺ Added a more detailed ocean background for the arms to make Gyarados appear that he is jumping out of the water

༺ Totally recolored Gyarados entirely and redid the shading

༺ Redid the body, giving Gyarados a much larger appearance, and looks more like the original sprites

It's amazing, one of the best pokemon skins I ever seen. but let's be honest, who's first shiny was gyarados? I lucked out on getting a shiny before gyarados
