Isaac-Clarke Background:
Isaac Clarke was a former ship systems engineer who worked for the Concordance Extraction Corporation, and the protagonist of the Dead Space series.
During the Second Aegis VII Incident, he was part of an emergency maintenance team of the USG Kellion that was sent to the USG Ishimura to investigate and handle the ship's mysterious communications failure. Apparently the sole survivor of the incident, Isaac became stranded in space for a long period of time before he was rescued by an Earth Government ship.
For the next three years, Isaac was held in an asylum on Titan Station and was diagnosed with a form of dementia resulting in haunting illusions that taunted him throughout the incident. His mind was harvested for blueprints which EarthGov used to create Marker copies.

Resource Integration Gear, or RIG for short, is an integrated health management and strength augmentation system that assists users in previously impossible and dangerous environments.
Dead-Space 4 quick summary:
With the arrival of the Brethern Moon on Earth, Isaace & John would land on Earth to fight the against the Brethern Moon and it's convergence, while the fight was hard, Isaac & John would manages at the end, to defeat the Brethern Moon and destroy it, saving Earth and buying time for Humanity to rebuild & prepare itself.
Hades Combat RIG background & Insipiration:
The Hades Combat RIG is a advanced & more focused on combat, with it's integrated Boosting of Strenght & Stamina, allowing for quick movements while providing protection against small arms, environmental hazards, slashes & lacerations and Shockwaves from explosions, it was inteded to be the the sucessor of the Security Rigs and Earth-Gov combat Rig Harness, but due to the arrival of the Brethern Moon, only 500 of those suits were made quickly put to the field.
