not bad for a 3rd skin and i can tell u its better than what most people make these days (1 or 2 plain colors,lol) try doing the halo 3 flood as well :D

It seems like you've tried to cram in too much detail at one time. I've learned the hard way, that by doing this, it often ruins what might have otherwise been a good skin. Try what NukeDiamond mentioned, and use fewer base colors. Try to ignore minor details, and go for more defining features of the character. It might help it look a bit better! Keep practicing! You will only get better!

I suggest using a few colours. I learn't that using too many makes it look spongy and really crowded. Take that advice. Nice too.
