Hector, younger brother of Uther, the current Marquess of Ostia. He is a good friend of Eliwood's, and the two made a blood pact in childhood, having sparred every two months ever since then. This skin, as with my other Game Boy Advance skins, was made using the colours of Hector's GBA sprite, making a 15-colour palette.

yeah, this is what I've done for all of my GBA skins. they're a lot of fun to make and the colours turn out really vibrant on minecraft skins, I think. thanks for appreciating them!
