Made for the only purpose to stop Nova and end her, the same scientist that created Nova and others made her, she Is supposed to be more powerfull than Nova, but It Is In a way almost impossible, so they just wish to me lucky and that she can end It.
Looks like a rather normal child, except, of couse, her skin and eyes, and wings, yeah you get the point.
