As i've said before, Dabi is my favorite MHA character so I made his new villain costume!
I also tried to make his eyes somewhat glow like they kinda do in the anime when his quirk is activated. also here is the reference I used:
I'm not 100% sure if that's a hood or a collar, I'm pretty sure its a collar but I made it a hood because I can.
