Ser Florent and his Wife are the only surviving members of House Jorrel, though they hold a decently sized host of Bannermen. This man is one of many who owe fealty to the Shrimp Knight. The pink blotch on his chest and shoulders is supposed to be a small shrimp sigil, like the one in the Coat of Arms below.
