Hugo works at the docks. His arms, replaced by cybernetic enhancements increasing his stength hundred fold making his job as a dock hand even greater. Hugo isn't the most intelligent person, which is why he sometimes uses his arms to rough up anyone his boss doesn't like. However he knows good fashion and is not seen without his lucky bowler hat. With arms of steel, Hugo is the Lifter.

hmm.. nice skin, but, imo, you should have added more details to the mechanical arms, just to highlight the cyberpunk aspect. but it's a great skin, so diamond for you ;)
