This monster is part of the "Dungs & Dookies" universe.
In the salty lake of long-pants-shire, there's a pool-flamenco... and next to it... a big bar-stool that was tossed into the lake by an angry goblin, who lost all of his pocket-wool in a card-game... and next to that big bar-stool you might just be able to see, in case you aren't blind, a huge hydra serpent. Yes. It is the legless hydra. He lost his legs fighting a humongous rooster. Poor hydra. Poor wingless spawn of a wannabe-dragon... Left in a lake of lost unwanted forgotten stuff no one cares about... Yea... so wait, why is this a monster in Dungs & Dookies then? You never wanna go to a place with 'unwanted' stuff, that means no LOOT! WHAT THE HELL? WHY IS THIS EVEN AN ENCOUNTER?!
Alright, let's rewrite that a bit... 2 sec... uhh... AHA! That's better!
The great legless hydra guards a treasure-chest FULL of drowned PRINCESSES and "Half-the-kingdom" paper-contracts! Any good sir knight would have a load of that! Now the legless hydra won't have to suck on the bar-stool for an afternoon snack anymore!

Ice Cube as in 'the rapper' Ice Cube, but in plural. Get hit by any of these many bad breaths the hydra breathes, and you lose 33% of your max health + you lose an additional 150 hp per head you've given the legless hydra by kindly removing other heads.
