hi! so I was inspired by Alexi_ clonky & amyselia to do a skin based on a person!

I picked Charlotte of Belgium.

  She was a Belgium princess who became Empress of Mexico when her husband accepted the Imperial Throne of Mexico and reigned as Maximillian the first of Mexico. She was the only daughter of King Leopold the first and Lousie of Orleans. She had three brothers and was very close to her grandmother, Maria Amalia of Naples and Sicily. They wrote often.
  When she was 10, her mother passed away and she was entrusted to the Countess of Hulst. Although she was young, she was in charge of her own household. Then on July 27th, 1857, Charlotte married Maximillian of Austria. She spent many years in Italy as his wife. Though she never had any children.
  Soon after Napolean II titled her husband as emperor of Mexico, and she was shipped off to be an empress. Not much is known about her court life there because it never really got set up before Napolean II withdrew French troops.
