ok so, this is my first ever oc re-done.
So uh, she originally was a fire goddess and queen (gj 11 year old me) but now, this is her power layout/info thingy kinda:

Fire (hair turns to flames when she gets upset because.. hot headed (; )
----
Can turn parts of her body into obsidian
----
Turns to stone when splashed by water (only the bit of her skint hat gets hit)
----
Gets dangerously close to dying if she gets too cold
----

I don't know the character you're talking about, though. I've never seen RWBY. As far as I know about it, there's someone named Ruby Rose or someone because I'f seen loads of skins.. and it's some sort of anime and I'm not too into anime. But thanks for the compliment! xD
