You should be able to submit a new contest entry, try again before the contest ends.

I would recommend that you read over the rules, then have a look at some of the guides to skinning that were posted in them. Submitting anything but your very best work is a waste of time anyway - there are already some VERY good skins in this contest, and it is NOT a random drawing.
