A couple days ago I ran across the bilge rats jam and immediately thought of a file in my skin ideas folder that has been sitting there for years waiting for me to get back around to it, and turns out this was just the excuse I needed. So here it is, my kind-of-last-minute entry! Enjoy! :D
(Tbh I feel like I could've made the design a little better with more time, but if I did that I'd miss the jam deadline, plus I know I'm a serious perfectionist so even when I think something could be better it's usually fine as it is.)
