           This world is doomed. I will live out the rest of my days searching for other survivors. My family is dead, killed by the cold. They sacrificed their lives for mine. This is a new Ice Age. This was bound to happen sooner or later. I remember the first time I stepped out into the NUCLEAR WINTER....

                          13 Years Before The NUCLEAR WINTER....

          "Quickly! Get into the Vault!" A voice said. Our hero, Jim, was 5 at the time when the NUCLEAR WINTER began. His father was carrying Jim on his back, running to a strange platform. His mother and older sister were trailing behind them, trying to catch up, until a guard stopped his sister, saying, "There is too many people! There is no room for you."  "No!!" Jim's mother yelled. another guard pushed her on to the platform. The last Jim saw of his sister was her staring at him, feeling betrayed.

                                                                  Present day, January 13, 2133...

          Jim stared at his Pip-Boy. "What? No! Stupid thing.... It's out of battery!" He yelled. Then, he heard a clatter of garbage in the landfill. Jim ran to the landfill, hoping to see someone, anyone. Jim got the biggest surprise of his life.
