This skin is off Jinpachi munashi, a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the mist - a title given to profound ninja belonging to The Hidden mist village who are successful at wielding swords, or Kenjutsu. Jinpachi beheld the sword Shibuki - A sword full of endless explosive paper bombs which can be used both defensively and or offensively against other enemy ninja. According to Wikipedia, Jinpachi had brutally slaughtered many Ninja throughout his lifetime, Including his older Brother.
Unfortunately, Many of the hidden Mist Ninja, including Jinpachi died to another Shinobi known as Might Dai during the Third Shinobi war however he was Later revived during the Fourth Shinobi and we got to see him again in action with his Partner Kushimaru Kuriarare, who together earnt the nickname 'The Heartless Pair' from Kakashi Hatake
