Kamen Rider Zero-One (仮面ライダーゼロワン) is the primary rider of Kamen Rider Zero-One.

Aruto Hiden (飛電 或人) was a comedian who suddenly inherited his grandfather's company Hiden Intelligence. Hiden Intelligence is a company that creates Humagears, androids that are meant to help humanity. A terrorist organization called Metsuboujinrai.NET are hacking Humagears, causing them to go berserk. Becoming the CEO of Hiden Intelligence, Aruto gains the ability to transform into Kamen Rider Zero-One to defeat the threat.

Kamen Rider Zero-One's base form is called Rising Hopper (ライジングホッパー), accessed using the Rising Hopper Progrise Key in the Zero-One Driver. Using the data of a grasshopper, Rising Hopper imbues Zero-One with the ability to jump extremely high and increases his kicking power. Zero-One also has access to the Attache Calibur (アタッシュカリバー), a sword that can transform into a suitcase.
