This is the character Ken from Street Fighter
This was a very low effort skin as I just recoloured a Ryu skin that I've already made (Their outfits are basically the same)
I did change some of the colouring because I don't think I could have pulled off the bright yellow hair that Ken has with the rest of him being pretty hue-shifted
