The King of the Arctic rules every possible living thing in the snow. How does it survive?

1. It has layers of blubber to warm it up.
   
2. It feeds mainly on prey such as intruders.
   
3. It also gets it's hydration from the snow.
   

BackStory: The King of the Arctic is not one to fool around with. He is serious at all cause. He is always angry at a slight mistake, and needs to eat all the time. He is not enjoyed, but we have to help him or the Winter or any other snowy place will never exist. He is the creator of snow, sleet, and hail. He is connected to the snow, he predicts when a blizzard is coming because he made the blizzard. He is too powerful to defeat, and we will be doomed without him.
