As for my character here?
The name is Kisei, who is Kisei exactly?
Kisei isn't the girl, as you might expect. Instead Kisei is the hat atop her head!
Kisei claims the minds and bodies of those who wear him.
As a result of having mainly female wearers Kisei has become quite feminine in his own right to better blend into society and not be found to be what he truly is.
Kisei may act cutely while being worn, but that's thanks to his feeding off the minds of his victims, knowing every thought and feeling found within.
Remember: If you ever find an abandoned hat, don't just put it on. For it may Kisei or one of his relatives out to claim your mind!
