armors are really hard and new for me but i'm glad you liked it !!! Metal is really hard to shade with pixels

Try using light sources and choose a point for light to be coming from and make it brighter in that part and on the opposite side make it darker. A great example of this is on DragonsDungeon's Sunset Knight skin as it's main focus is the light source.

Just practise it constantly and you will eventually get it, it does take some time, my Medieval Knight skin took a few days to make.

I'd recommend following KnobleKnives' blogs on skinning.
