As can be told by the name, it's Arcturus, otherwise known as the head general of the lost Anacondrai tribe. It is also believed that Pythor is his descendent. Otherwise, besides that, here is the entire skin, the torso and all the serpentine markings took a while to replicate while having to make them be shaded. Overall, I'm not sure it's the best material, but, I tried my best, and half of the credit goes to Nephcos' Pythor skin (http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/pythor-after-the-devourer---ninjago/), that was a big inspiration to me while making this. Try to have a suitable time with this one.
