Biography:He was born in Russia but he moved to Darwin, Australia when he was 12 because of his father Nikolei's job as a technologies defence minister, when Ivan graduated from university he quickly rose up the ranks of N.A.T.I.D (North Australian Technology Informations and Defence) until he became the head chairman and successful inventor of many military technological advances such as the HoverShip, Electric Grenades and the tactical military SITH.

But when he was 29 he was involved in a major HoverShip crash that was caused by a hacker tapping in, and taking control of the ship mid flight, his life was barely saved by one of his own inventions and he now has to wear a Nervous System Control suit which he can use to walk around and do normal everyday things. Since the accident he has been devoted to arresting the worlds Hackers who are slowly destroying our technological world.
