ngl looks better than i was probably going to do if I did lewyn
might still do one at some point but this will probably be better

Yeah, the scarf is currently a little faded and low-contrast compared to the pattern in the artwork. That said, it looks a lot like the scarf from the original fe4 artwork, so it's not that bad.
I think I'd put the feather on the top/right edge of the head rather than on the right side, but hey we'll see also.
I'm working on conqueror alm but i'm not sure I can even post it because i'm using the really good alm skin as a base
