Dr. William Woods here with another skin, this is the Special Weapons and Tactics of the Los Angeles County Sheriff.
I used the helmet design from Box 1105's "U.S. Marine Corps" skin and the vest well, I've seen it used on many different skins and to be honest, I haven't been able to find the original author so if anyone does have proof that they know the author or are the author, I'll gladly add you to the credits, the design of your vest is amazing and it's a very nice one.
