Lucifer's vessel from the hit tv show SuperNatural.
This skin also includes the bloody outbreaks (lesions) on his face.

If this gets enough positive feedback, I'll try and do some other fandom (supernatural, sherlock, doctor who, etc) skins - and some ideas/requests for a skin (for free) are welcome, I suppose, but you'll probably have a long wait if I accept.
