Here we have another Rumicworld Character!
In this case we have one of the most important characters in anime (and also one of my favorites ones :D)
This character comes from a manga/anime series called "URUSEI YATSURA" (うる星やつら) relased in 1979 the manga and with 2 adaptions to anime in 1981 and 2022. It's recognized for be one of the first comedy-romantic series with a particular sense of humor :)
This anime is special to me because Urusei Yatsura was the first anime series I watched and I became a huge fan of it.
