Monkey. D. Luffy, an infamous pirate with a bounty of ฿1,500,000,000 and the captain of the pirate crew ""Straw Hats Pirate"" with a total bounty of ฿3,123,000,100. His alias ""Straw Hat Luffy"" comes from his iconic straw hat that he wears all the time, entrusted to him by one of the four sea emperors, Red Haired Shanks. Luffy ate the Gum Gum fruit and gained a rubber-like body and abilities, making him a rubber-human, which he uses to his advantage by creating Gears to fight various kinds of opponent, and also having great combat abilities and skilled in using haki, especially the rare Haki which is said that the one who owns this ability has the quality of a king.
