Poseidon's Wrath was a ship to be feared. Its crew was unstoppable and there were rumors that they feared no pain. The cannons were like no other. It was said that they sounded like rolling thunder from miles away. But the thing that gave the ship its true name was the wooden sculpture that was put on the front of the ship. The mermaid was was so well crafted that sailors who dared to get close and survived, thought it was alive. One day, as the stories are told, sailors all around the world heard the cannons of Poseidens Wrath. Then everything stopped. No one knew what happened and the ship was never seen again. The tale goes that the god of the sea got jealous of the boat and sent his creatures to destroy it. No peice of the boat was ever seen after it was destroyed. That is until sailors whose ships were destroyed woke up on beaches. They call her the maiden of the ocean but no one seems to ever remember her. The legend goes that when Poseidon's Wrath was destroyed she was the only part and to get revenge, she steals pirates that would otherwise be part of the sea and bring them back to life on a beach where they had started their journey. No one knows the real reason why though. The paint has faided and the wood is chipped and broken. Her appearence is uknown but this is what the sailors say she looks like.
