Nope, in the back you can see the backbone with some vertebrae coming out (not that much), and almost triangular shape of shoulder blades.
Whereas, in the front the chest is done with the near rectangular shape of the pectorals and the belly.

I should have maybe enhance the contrast of the nipples and belly button.
