So someone in PMC chat asked if somebody could do a half slenderman half merman skin. I thought of it as a challenge and a learning experience for skinmaking. I don't know why he needed it that badly but i fulfilled his wishes. Might make some updates to the skin with more polish and detail later down the road but for now i will just upload this mediocre and quite weird skin.
