This is Miia from Monster Musume. If you couldn't tell from the little intro before, she's a snake girl. A lamia to be exact. She's pretty cool. The scales were kinda hard to make though.

Thanks dude. I just wish I could shade properly. I tried it and the hair came out okay, but everything else was bad. I don't really get it.
