Backstory :
Mirai was born in 2149 in the city of Junk Hole (ジャンクホール ), almost hundred years after the global nuclear crisis which destroyed humanity. Although the radiation level had become relatively low, it had created horrific creatures, which had quickly become a major cause for concern. It is precisely one of those creatures who broke the girl’s life forever. When she was 11, a giant mutant lizard stormed into the girl's neighborhod and killed almost everyone living there, including Mirai's mother and her younger brother. Her father barely had time to protect her from the monster, sacrifiying his life to offer a future to his daughter, but couldn't stop the monster from leaving a deep scar on the young girl's abdomen.
Since that day, Mirai has sworn to find the monster who has decimated her family. At the age of 16, she has joined the local militia to learn how to wield a weapon.
