It appears you forgot to do any work on the right side of the body, nor on the shoulders. You also did absolutely nothing with the hair, meaning it's incredibly flat and untextured. You used a pure black color in multiple places, and have no shading whatsoever.

Dude, I can only come up with ideas! Im crap at making skins and I cant do shading but if u know somebody who could help me with shading that would be great

The fact that your willing to learn and get better is a good thing. There are lots of shading tutorials and even templates around, consult some of them for help maybe?
