If you want to apply it to an existing skin, I guess you could use GIMP to remove the skin-toned parts of your skin, then put this skin on the layer underneath. A good way to remove pixels in GIMP is to use the square selection tool, then use "ctrl+x" (cut) or delete.

uhhh anything. I have Gimp and for skins i use MCSkin3d. If need anythign else, i will download it :D

If you're gonna use McSkin3D, then you have to download the skin (under change my skin), then take the file into the "skins" folder inside your "McSkin3D" folder
For me it's located in "C:\Users\Hakno\Documents\McSkin3D\Skins"

You can also just open it as an image file in GIMP.

After that, you can just edit it as you like.
