The year is 21XX, and long ago the governments of former earth all at once launched their biggest and strongest nukes at eachother, eliminating all human life. One of the very few survivors of it all was a family of pigeons that had nested within the sewers of new york, however all the radioactive waste from the blasts slowly turned the innocent flying rats into freakish Pigeon humanoids.
