One of the newer characters from Brandon Rogers, appeared first in 2015. He's an (OFFENSIVE) comedian.
As his channel is quite popular, and growing fast i think this skin is relevant to the contest theme. He became viral with another character a while back, grandpa (on vine, you've seen him).
