The clips thingies holding up her pigtails are lil bat wings
her hair is like an O shape then the actual pigtail if that makes sense.
Oh! Oh! Just imagine nurse joy from the xyz series hair but along with her hair there's pigtails under it. :3

Her dress has a high colour with the open heart in the middle which shows some cleavage but it's mostly for cuteness~
Her boots are also zipped up on the side not sure if that matters but ehh.
