I enjoy the old, Blender-esque style you've given the skins, but the no-eyes thing looks somewhat unnerving and gives your skins a slightly lacking look.

Yes, yes i know i know! I saw that when i uploaded the skin/skins. The eye thing need to be edited.
I think i don't edit it becouse the main goal was the character looks good from distance, but yes from close view he "has no eyes".
Have you any suggestion how can i sharpen/add eye?

Hmm, depends on what brush you use to paint the skins. Am I correct in saying that you don't use single-pixel brushes?

The tools what i mostly use are the clonerstomp and smudge tool(For error fix) and of course layers.

Ah, okay. Try using a transparent pen with a brighter color and highlight the areas where the eyes would be. Make sure to have the pupils and/or irises so he doesn't have Herobrine-eyes.
