Here's a skin of the famous general / emperor of France, Napoleon.

I didn't do anything particularly special palette-wise this time, I think it was about 38 colors. It was mainly just to try out something with a bit more detail. I may make a skin series of famous dead guys, who knows...

Oh this is amazing... I agree with thedannyman, you need more attention =S
I love the shading detail, light shading is actually really hard although not many people realize that as heavy contrast shading's the popular style =)

haha thanks, I tried out high contrast for a while but I think I'm switching back now. That attention probs comes with doing more popular stuff but I think I'll just stick to what I like to do :D

I think there is no improvement left for you, just really you need more of the attention to get yourself of the ground, same as others :)
