Wasn't that sure what to do for the contest. Decided to go for an anti-union goon sqad. In the Industrial Revolution trade unions started to emerge as people flooded into cities for work only to be abused by avaricious aristocrats who would literally work you to death. In order to combat this workers started to form unions, who had the goal of creating change by joining up so that they could apply greater pressure on employers. Not wanting to be ethical and instead focussing on money, as you do. Employers hit back with tremendous force, paying off officials, changing laws making unions illegal, firing anyone who even associated with union members, and hiring "goon squads" people who would be hired by companies to attack trade union members and stop them from being able to participate in union activities.
