A blue neon creeper, semi inspired by tron, as well as having a "glow" effect with the shading around the blue light. I have decided to upload it here after gaining some popularity on MinecraftSkins, aka the Skindex. (Currently no link as it seems my account on there has been nullified somehow, every time I try to log in it says incorrect password, I believe I was hacked.)
