Nessis always sat at his run-down home, in his land called Benstoph. Poor Men and women always came to him for advice, because he had all answers. The richer people thought that he was a joke, and that they can make choices on their own.This is how it all started.

Nessis was the first to find this new piece of land, and it was quite large. He searched from the coastlines and in on the land, but no one was found.He wondered why such a big amount of land was unpopulated. So, he decide to start gathering supplies to make his home. The animals such as deer, pigs, cows, and even bears were a bit surprised to see someone do so well with absolutely no materials. Once he finished his home by using two large logs for the surface, a tree to support the structure, and large tree leaves for the roof. A fawn came up to him, and asked," How did you do such a thing?" Nessis replied, "The big guy up there is watching me, and I won't let him down."
About a year later, other adventurers had found the land. They searched it fully, when they saw Nessis in his shack. "Boy, what is this land? What are you doing here?" "I call this land, Benstoph," He said with confidence.

The travelers laughed. "You? A king of this land? Hah!" Nessis shook his head and said, "Ill be laughing when you come crying to me for food and supplies."
The travelers had spread the word of this giant island, and now it was becoming populated. People came to Nessis for advice for building their homes and getting food. Because Nessis was first to find this land, he was the king, and the most wise.But, the travelers told their children that he was foolish, and for it to go on for all eternity. And that is the story of Nessis, the god of wisdom.
