Thought I would try a new mob idea for the Nether for the contest that is going on. It isn't my first time making a random mob skin but it is my first time this year of posting a skin again to the site. Little backstory on this, off the top of my head; the Zelcan is sort of like the Zombie Pigman but with an added touch of armor. It has a cape! This mob was inspired by the turtles. Some of the mobs don't have enough armor.
