Final Pam is a character from the "Monster Factory" series on youtube by Griffin and Justin McElroy, specifically the Fallout 4 trilogy of the series

personally, i believe that she is the super villain for all of bethesda

I kind of changed her design a little bit for this skin, just because i wanted to have more free room to do what I wanted for this skin but I kept the main idea of it but changed a lot of little details
