I was bored one night and was looking through Ninjago skins when I noticed a lack of Nya with her blue kimono.. so I decided to make it!

This skin is also for NoodleRat's Lily In The Water Skin Contest.


(Little side note, I won't be posting skins weekly anymore, as I just don't have any good skin ideas)
