Pretty good, but you should use the 3d head layer to make the ears.

It's not a program, in the skin template there is a blank space to the right of the head. Drawing in this will add another layer to the outside of the skin's head, which can be used to add hats, hair, or other features to the skin. If you want to know more then I suggest googling it.
